The bathroom is not clean, and the shower hasn't been fixed. There is no hot water, and the air conditioning doesn't work properly. The bedsheets are old and not well-maintained. Unfortunately, the staff is not responsive to the guests' complaints. There's no parking available and drinking water is not provided in the rooms.
